| Recycling | Is the new packaging recyclable? | Gusset bags containing sticks are 30% PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled), meaning they are partially made from previously recycled items. Gusset bags containing powder are 20% PCR. This more sustainable packaging option is not recyclable, nor are the sticks inside the gusset bag. |
| Shelf life | If my order comes in classic packaging does that mean the product inside is old? | No, not at all. Products arriving in the previous packaging are within their shelf life, as with any Plexus shipment. |
