How to qualify for an Incentive prize
- Be commission-qualified during the months in which they accrue credits;
- Enrol a minimum of 12 new qualifying VIP Customers with an initial 100PV+ order during the incentive period with 12 enrolled in the Australian market.
- Earn at least the minimum 1,000 Incentive Credits.
- Be commission-qualified during the months in which they accrue credits.
Three ways to earn credits for the Bali Incentive trip prize:
1. Personal Sign up Credits - click to view
Personal Sign Ups: Eligible Brand Ambassadors will earn twenty (20) sign up Incentive Credits for each new Personally enrolled VIP Customer they sign up with an initial 100PV+ order.
Level 1 Sign Ups: Eligible Brand Ambassadors will earn twenty (20) sign up Incentive Credits each time their Level 1 VIP Customer and/or Brand Ambassador personally signs up a new VIP Customer with an initial 100PV+ during the earning period.
2. Retention Credits - click to view
Level 1 Orders: Eligible Brand Ambassadors will earn retention Incentive Credits for each subsequent month’s order of 100 PV or more their new Level VIP Customer, and/or Brand Ambassador places as detailed below.
Level 2 Orders: Eligible Brand Ambassadors will earn retention Incentive Credits for each subsequent month’s order of 100 PV or more their new VIP Customer and/or Brand Ambassador place as detailed below.
Eligible Brand Ambassadors will earn retention credits for each new Level 1 and 2 VIP Customer and/or Brand Ambassador they sign up during the earning period who place their monthly order of 100PV+

3. Leadership Credits -click to view
Eligible Brand Ambassadors will earn Leadership Credits when your Level 1 and 2 Brand Ambassadors who have enrolled at any point in the history of Plexus advance beyond their “benchmark rank”, which is their highest paid rank, on May 1, 2024. Each person can only earn Leadership Credits by ranking up to any given rank once during the incentive. You cannot rank up to the same rank twice in the incentive. Please see the credit amounts that you can earn for your Level 1 and 2 Brand Ambassador rank ups.

If a VIP Customer signed up prior to the start of this incentive, but did not place a qualifying initial order until May, would the person still count towards earning Personal Sign-Up Credits? | As long as the VIP Customer places a qualifying initial 100+PV order during the incentive period, they will count towards earning Personal Sign-Up Credits. Ex: If Kelly signed up on April 28 but did not place an initial order of 100+PV until May, she would still count as a sign up for the incentive. |

No, Customers and/or Brand Ambassadors are not required to place consecutive monthly orders for the eligible Brand Ambassador to earn Retention Credits. However, the Brand Ambassador will only earn Retention Credits for the months in which the Customer and/or Brand Ambassador places their qualifying discretionary or subscription orders. Ex: Lindsay signs up Susan as a Level 1 VIP Customer in May 2024. Susan places her first 100PV+ discretionary order in May, then places her second 100PV+ discretionary order in June 2024. but does not order anything in July or August 2024. Lindsay will earn 30 Retention Credits from Susan because Susan didn't place a qualifying subsequent discretionary order during the month July or August 2024.

Are Leadership Credits based on highest paid rank or highest all-time achieved rank? | You and your team will earn Leadership Credits based on your “benchmark rank”, which is your paid rank on May 1, 2024. Your all-time highest achieved rank is not a factor in earning Leadership Credits. Ex: Shane’s all-time highest achieved rank as a Brand Ambassador was Ruby in February 2024. His paid rank on May 1, 2024 was Gold. His paid rank in July is Senior Gold. Therefore, he will earn 300 Leadership Credits in July for advancing beyond his paid rank of Gold on May 1, 2024. |
Are Brand Ambassadors able to earn Leadership Credits if they rank up to a rank for the second time during the incentive? | No, you will only earn Leadership Credits for ranking up to a specific rank once during the incentive. Ex: Alyssa’s highest paid rank (benchmark rank) is Gold in May 2024. In June 2024, her paid rank is Senior Silver, and in July 2024, her paid rank is Senior Gold and her paid rank in August is also Senior Gold. Alyssa will earn 300 Rank Up Credits for surpassing her benchmark rank of Gold in July. |

No exceptions will be made for sign-ups or orders made outside of the incentive dates.
Rules and Regulations
This incentive runs from Wednesday, May 1, 2024, 2pm Sydney time through Sunday, September 1, 2024, 2pm Sydney Time. New and existing Australian market Brand Ambassadors have an opportunity to earn Personal Sign-Up Credits, Retention Credits, and Leadership Credits to qualify for a trip for two to the all-inclusive Club Med Resort, Bali. The Bali trip will take place from November 7, 2024 to November 12, 2024 at the Club Med Resort Bali, Indonesia.
Brand Ambassadors must be commission qualified during each month of the incentive in order to earn Incentive Credits. They must earn a minimum of 1,000 total combined credits from Personal Sign-Up Credits, Retention Credits, and Leadership Credits during the incentive period. A minimum 12 new enrollments are required, 12 of which must be within the Australian Market with a 100PV+ order.
The Plexus Leads Program will not be eligible to earn Sign Up Credits or Retention Credits for this incentive. The Plexus Leads Program can be utilized to earn Leadership Credits only.
No adjustments will be made for enrollments or orders made outside of the incentive dates. Re-entry accounts will also be eligible for this incentive, but enrollments on the re-entry account will not count towards the qualification of the main account. Re-entry accounts must qualify for the incentive on their own.
All returns, refunds and declined payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this incentive. All credit card payments for Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the promotion period.
