The pre-enrolment period allows any resident of Mexico interested in becoming a Plexus Ambassador to compliantly purchase a Plexus Worldwide Annual Membership. This will secure a place on their sponsor’s team prior to the official opening of the Mexico market in on March 13, 2020.

What are the pre-enrolment options when enrolling with Plexus?
When Mexico officially launches on March 13, 2020, there will be 3 options for joining:
Retail Customer - Retail Customers purchase their product at retail price through the Plexus website. Retail Customer orders count towards their upline Ambassador’s commissions for the month their order is placed.
Preferred Customer - Preferred Customers (PC) receive a discounted price on their product as long as they have a monthly Subscription in place. Preferred Customer orders count towards their upline Ambassador’s commissions for the month the order is placed.
Ambassador - These are the customers who have decided to sell the product. They are eligible to start earning commissions from those sales. They have their own website to direct their customers to.
The pre-enrolment period is open only to those interested in joining as an Ambassador, allowing them a chance to secure their spot in their sponsor’s tree and begin to pre-enrol others.
How does someone sign up for pre-enrolment?
The pre-enrollee will need to visit plexusworldwide.cvent.com/preregistromx to complete their pre-enrollment sign up. The cost will be $39.95 USD ($900 MXD after IVA) which pays for their Plexus Annual Membership.
What are the important dates to note for the México Launch?
On March 5, 2020, Plexus will host a corporate office celebration at their headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona to welcome México to the One Plexus Family. On March 13, 2020 México will officially launch, meaning Customers and Ambassadors will be able to enroll through the Plexus Worldwide website, set-up subscriptions, and order MX products. On March 28, 2020 the in-country celebration of the Mexico market launch will take place in Mexico City. Following that, a three city tour will take place to keep the momentum and celebration going: March 29th in Guadalajara, Jalisco. March 30th in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. March 31st in Veracruz, Veracruz.
Can anyone sign up to have a account in Mexico?
Yes, if they are looking to gain commission, once we are officially launched the will require an RFC for tax purposes.
Can a retired US citizen living in Mexico sign up?
If a retired American lives in Mexico they are able to sign up to do the business if they have an RFC. Otherwise they would need to enroll as a Preferred or Retail Customer; if they reside at least 6 months in the US during the year they are able to enroll as US citizens using their SSN.
What is the renewal date of a pre-enrolee’s Plexus Annual Membership?
When Plexus officially launches in Mexico, the renewal date will be the day in which the pre-enrolee initially logs on and accepts the Terms and Conditions.
Will I be able to see those who pre-enrol in Mexico in my Virtual Office?
No, you will not see those who pre-enrol until the market launches on March 13, 2020.
What payment methods are available for someone who wants to pre-enrol?
During the pre-enrolment period, we are accepting Visa and Master Card. When Mexico officially launches, cash payments through Oxxo, Hyper Wallet, and PayPal will also be available options.
When does a pre-enrollee accept Terms and Conditions?
When Mexico officially launches on March 13, 2020, Ambassadors will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions upon their initial log-in.
Can a pre-enrollee place a product order?
No, products are not available for purchase during the pre-enrolment period. When the Mexico market officially opens on March 13, 2020, pre-enrollees will have the opportunity to place a Welcome Pack order.
Can a pre-enrollee earn commissions?
No, commissions will not be earned until the market officially launches on March 13, 2020. However, exciting pre-enrolment incentives will be announced over the next few weeks to reward pre-enrolment efforts.
Will a pre-enrollee have access to a Virtual Office to log-in?
No, there will be no access to the Virtual Office until Mexico officially launches. Until this time, pre-enrollees will not be able to view their organizational tree.
Will a pre-enrollee receive a Plexus ID upon sign up?
No, a pre-enrollee will not receive a Plexus ID upon sign up, however a Plexus ID will be sent closer to the official Mexico launch on March 13, 2020.

Besides individual product purchases, Welcome Packs (one-time special pricing available to Ambassadors for their first purchase) and Combos (discounts for bundling products together) will also be included.
