No. If a new Preferred Customer made a purchase of 75.00 AUD or more outside of the incentive timeframe, they are not eligible to qualify their Sponsor Ambassador for the Hello Happy June Incentive.

Will upgrades be eligible for the Hello Happy June Incentive?
Yes, upgrades outside of the 6-month period will count towards the Sponsor Ambassadors qualifications. As long as the Sponsor Ambassador enrols 2 New Personally Sponsored Ambassadors with the purchase of any Welcome Pack, 2 new Preferred Customers with orders of 75.00 AUD or more, or a combination of the two, they will qualify.
Do the 2 enrolments, or 2 Preferred Customer purchases, or a combination of the two, need to come from the Ambassador’s Level 1?
Yes. All of the new enrollments must be Personally Sponsored Ambassadors to qualify for the Incentive Prize offered in the Enrollment Incentive.
If an Ambassador enrols more than 2 new Personally Sponsored Ambassadors during the incentive timeframe, will they receive additional Hello Happy Boxes?
No, Ambassadors will receive only one (1) Hello Happy Box for earning the incentive despite the additional new Ambassadors they enrolled.

How will Ambassador be able to see who purchased a Welcome Pack within the incentive timeframe?
By visiting your genealogy report (export to see details) in your Virtual Office, Ambassadors will be able to locate new Ambassadors who have purchased a Welcome Pack.
How will an Ambassador know if they qualified from the Incentive?
AU Ambassadors who qualified for the incentive will receive a congratulatory email on 8 July, 2020.
When will the Hello Happy Boxes begin shipping to earners?
Hello Happy Boxes will begin shipping shortly after the earners are notified.
Exceptions and Exclusions
No exceptions will be made for enrolments and purchases made outside the incentive dates towards qualifications.

This Incentive rewards your activity as an Ambassador. Chance plays no part in determining the results for the Incentive Prize.
Incentive is offered by Plexus Australia PTY LTD, Suite 613, 100 Walker St., North Sydney, NSW 2060 and is open to all Australian Ambassadors in good standing in accordance with the Plexus Ambassador Agreement and Policies and Procedures through the Incentive Period. "Good standing" means: 9I0 the Ambassador has acknowledged and agreed to the Ambassador Terms and Conditions and Policies and Procedures; and (ii) is not in violation of the Company's Terms and Conditions and Policies and Procedures. The Incentive Period runs from Monday, 1 June, 2020 at 9 a.m. American EST through Tuesday, 30 June, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. American EST, or while supplies last. Upgrades to Ambassador status and Re-entry accounts will also be eligible for this Incentive. Ambassadors within 6 months of conversion date from Ambassador to Customer will not count towards qualifications for this incentive. Must be outside of the 6-month period to qualify. All earners will have their Hello Happy box ship in July once commissions have been finalized.
The Incentive Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Where applicable, an Ambassador that receives the Incentive Prize is solely responsible for all taxes, surcharges and fees associated with receipt or use of the Incentive Prize. Any charges and/or expenses not specifically mentioned as included in the Incentive Prize is the responsibility of the Ambassador.
Incentive Prize recipients will be notified by email on/by 13 July, 2020.
All returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Ambassador qualifying for this incentive. All credit card payments for Ambassadors have to be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the Incentive period.
The Incentive is offered subject to these Rules and Regulations and the Company's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Incentive. Receiving an Incentive Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Rules.
