A series of email communications will go out to those who are qualified for the offer as well as their Sponsors. Ambassadors who have recently been inactive.
How do I redeem my earned Plexus Perks Credits?
Perk Credits can be redeemed through the Perks Portal in the My Account area of the Virtual Office under “Redeem”
- Access the main menu from the Plexus Worldwide web page
- Select “My Account” from the Menu Bar
- Select “Perks” which takes you to your Plexus Perks Portal
Do Perk Credits expire?
Yes, 12 months after they are earned credits will expire if not used. For example, if I earn 100 Perk Credits in May 2020 and then 100 in June 2020, I will lose the 100 May Perk Credits in May 2021 and then the 100 June Perk Credits in June 2021 if not used by then.
If my subscription is turned off, what happens to my earned credits?
All credits earned, will be lost. You must set up a qualifying subscription within 3 days to keep your credits. All credit will be forfeited within 3 days of not having an active qualified subscription.
What happens to my Perk Credits, if a refund is processed on the subscription order?
Credits will be deducted based off the order PV and refund request.
How long does it take for the bonus Perk Credits to appear in my account after placing my Subscription Order?
Get Your Perks on criteria will be evaluated at the end of each month. Bonus Perk Credits will be added to accounts within the first 2 weeks of the following month.
What if I am not satisfied with the item I redeemed with my Plexus Perk Credits, can I get a refund for the item or have my Perk Credits reinstated?
No, the item redeemed with Plexus Perk Credits cannot be exchanged for a refund or have extra Plexus Perk Credits reinstated.
