What is the Q2 Rise Up, Rank Up?

During this timeframe, Brand Ambassadors have the opportunity to re-earn or DOUBLE their Achievement bonus(es) based on their prior month's paid-as-rank. To earn the double achievement bonus, you will also need to sign up one new Level 1 VIP Customer with a welcome pack purchase or one new Level 1Retail Customer with a 100 USD order or more to qualify for the bonus (before tax, shipping and discounts).

Re-achieve (re-rank): a paid-as-rank higher than your prior month's paid-as-rank and earn the full Achievement Bonus.
To earn the re-achievement bonus: you will also need to sign up one new Level 1 VIP Customer with a welcome pack purchase or one new Level 1 Retail Customer with a 100 USD order or more to qualify for the bonus (before tax, shipping and discounts).

You will earn the full Senior Gold Brand Ambassador Achievement Bonus of 350 USD in your weekly commissions following the April monthly close.

Advance in rank: above your highest paid-as-rank and earn DOUBLE the Achievement Bonus!
To earn the DOUBLE Achievement bonus: you will also need to sign up one new VIP Customer with a welcome pack or a Retail Customer with a 100 USD or more to qualify for the bonus(before tax, shipping and discounts). Brand Ambassadors who earn a DOUBLE Achievement bonus will be paid out in 2 cash bonus payouts. The first half will be received in your monthly commissions and the second half will be received the following week in the weekly commissions.

Another example: If Judy rank advanced to Gold in April, she will receive her 250 USD Gold Brand Ambassador Achievement Bonus in May with the remainder of her monthly commissions. Then the following week, Judy will receive another 250 USD, her Double Rise Up, Rank Up Bonus, totaling 500 USD in bonuses.

Jewel Bonuses: based on current month's paid-as-rank.

Emeralds	who grow at least 100 Plexus points in the current month will earn a 500* USD bonus (in their weekly commissions following monthly close).
Sapphires	who grow at least 200 Plexus points in the current month will earn a 500* USD bonus (in their weekly commissions following monthly close).
Diamonds	who grow at least 300 Plexus points in the current month will earn a 500* USD bonus (in their weekly commissions following monthly close).

*For those Brand Ambassadors who rank advance to a Jewel Rank for the first time in their Plexus career will earn a DOUBLE Jewel Bonus of $1000. This means, they were not previously a Jewel Brand Ambassador during Plexus Career.

The Q2 Rise Up, Rank Up will run from Friday, April 1, 2022, 12:01 a.m. USA ET through Thursday, June 30, 11:59 p.m. USA ET.

How do I earn a cash bonus, and how much can I receive?

There are 3 ways to earn cash bonuses during this incentive:

Re-achieve (re-rank) your prior month’s paid-as-Rank and earn the full Achievement Bonus!
- You paid-as-rank in March was Gold Brand Ambassador, you re-achieve Senior Gold Brand Ambassador in April. Your Highest paid rank is Ruby Brand Ambassador. You will earn the full Senior Gold Brand Ambassador Achievement Bonus of $350 in your monthly commissions of April.
Advance in rank above your highest paid-as-rank and earn DOUBLE the Achievement Bonus!
- Your highest paid rank is Ruby Brand Ambassador, you achieve a new highest paid rank of Senior Ruby Brand Ambassador in June. You will receive DOUBLE the Senior Ruby Brand Ambassador Achievement Bonus of $750 for a total of $1,500 for June.
Jewel Bonus: based on current month’s paid-as-rank.

In both scenarios, Brand Ambassadors must enroll at least 1 new VIP Customer with a welcome pack purchase or Retail Customer with a qualifying order of 100 USD or more each month in Q2 to be eligible to earn a bonus.

What are the cash bonus values that I can earn if I re-achieve (re-rank) a rank higher than my prior month's paid-as-rank?

Re-achieving Silver Brand Ambassador will pay a 100 USD bonus.
Re-achieving Senior Silver Brand Ambassador will pay a 150 USD bonus.
Re-achieving Gold Brand Ambassador will pay a 250 USD bonus.
Re-achieving Senior Gold Brand Ambassador will pay a 350 USD bonus.
Re-achieving Ruby Brand Ambassador will pay a 500 USD bonus.

Advancing to Silver Brand Ambassador will pay a 200 USD bonus instead of 100 USD.
Advancing to Senior Silver Brand Ambassador will pay a 300 USD bonus instead of 150 USD.
Advancing to Gold Brand Ambassador will pay a 500 USD bonus instead of 250 USD.
Advancing to Senior Gold Brand Ambassador will pay a 700 USD bonus instead of 350 USD.
Advancing to Ruby Brand Ambassador will pay a 1,000 USD bonus instead of 500 USD.

All above DOUBLE bonuses include both the Incentive bonus and the First Time Achievement Compensation Plan bonus.

Are the bonuses stackable? Can I earn a re-rank bonus and rank advancement bonus within the same month?   

Yes. If the Brand Ambassador re-achieves a rank higher than their previous month as well as rank advancing past their highest achieved Plexus career rank than they would earn a re-achievement bonus as well as a rank advancement double bonus with Rise Up, Rank Up.

Rank Advancements/ First time Bonuses

Can I earn multiple rank bonuses?

Yes. If you are achieving a rank for the first time, you are eligible to receive the DOUBLE bonus on every rank you achieve each month during the Incentive period.

Why is it required to sign up a new VIP Customer or Retail Customer in addition to achieving a new rank?

At Plexus, we want to help you grow and succeed within your business, and we believe this requirement will ensure meeting your goals.

What qualifies as a new sign up?

A new sign up would entail a new Level 1 VIP Customer with a welcome pack purchase or a 100 USD product order or more (before tax, shipping and discount), or a Level 1 Retail Customer with a 100 USD product order or more (before tax and shipping and discount).

Can I earn this bonus more than once? 

Yes.  As long as the qualifications have been met each month during the qualification period, the Brand Ambassador can earn a bonus up to 3 times total during the qualification period.

Will upgrades from VIP Customer to Brand Ambassador count toward the 1 new sign up needed to qualify for the Rise Up Rank Up bonus?

Upgrades from VIP Customer to Brand Ambassador will not count toward 1 new sign up that is needed to qualify for the Rise Up, Rank Up  Bonus.

However, the first order with PV will count as the enrollment date. So those that have previously placed a trial pack order and later place a qualifying order will then count.

Can I earn the Rise Up, Rank Up bonus and a Consistency Bonus?

No, you can earn either the Rise Up, Rank Up Bonus by either re-achieving or rank advancing or the Consistency Bonus by maintaining rank. If you maintain your paid-as-rank from the previous month, you will earn the Consistency Bonus. If you rank advance or re-achieve a rank above your previous month's paid-as-rank, you will earn the Rise Up, Rank Up Bonus.

Re-Achievement Bonuses

If I drop in rank at any time during the Incentive period, can I re-achieve a rank and earn a bonus?

Yes, if you’ve dropped rank from your highest paid-as-rank, you have the opportunity to re-achieve each rank you’ve dropped, including your highest paid rank and earn each re-achieved level bonus.

For example: If you achieved Senior Ruby Brand Ambassador in May but are current paid-as-rank is Senior Gold Brand Ambassador, you have the opportunity to re-achieve Ruby and Senior Ruby Brand Ambassador re-achievement bonuses.
Also, in this example if you re-achieved Ruby Brand Ambassador in June you would earn $500. If you re-achieved Senior Ruby Brand Ambassador in June from this example, you would earn the Ruby Brand Ambassador bonus of $500 and the Senior Ruby Brand Ambassador Bonus of $750 for a total of $1,250 in Incentive bonuses.

Can I earn multiple re-achievement bonus in this Incentive?

Yes, for those Brand Ambassadors who re-achieve multiple rank levels will earn those achieved rank level re-achievement bonus (s).

If I rank advanced and earned the DOUBLE achievement bonus, will this be paid in full?

Brand Ambassadors who earn a DOUBLE achievement bonus will have their cash bonus split into 2 payments. The first half will be received in your monthly commissions and the second half will be received the following week in the weekly commissions.

For example: if Judy rank advanced to Gold in April, she will receive her 250 USD Gold Brand Ambassador Achievement Bonus in May in monthly commissions with the remainder of her bonus following in the weekly commissions. Then, the following week, Judy will receive an additional 250 USD, her DOUBLE Rise Up, Rank Up Bonus, totaling 500 USD in bonuses.

Jewel Bonuses

What is a current month?

Current months is the month that you are looking to earn a Jewel Bonus with RURU and finalize rank for that month.

For example: You are wanting to earn a Jewel bonus in April, and your finalized rank for April is Emerald. You would need to have 100 Plexus Point growth in April over your prior month, March, benchmark.

Am I still eligible for the Rise Up, Rank Up Jewel Bonus if I was not commissions qualified in the prior month?

No, Brand Ambassadors are not eligible for Rise Up, Rank Up Jewel Bonus if they were not commission qualified in the prior month.

I’m currently a Diamond Brand Ambassador, is there any bonus I can earn?

Yes. If you increase your Plexus points by 300 in the month current over your prior months benchmark, then you have the opportunity to earn a $500 Jewel Incentive Bonus.

If I'm a Jewel and maintain my rank, is there any opportunity for me to earn?

Yes, if you maintain your Jewel title and increase your Plexus points by 100 for Emerald, 200 for Sapphires, and 300 for Diamond, you will receive a 500 USD bonus for that month.

If I am a Jewel and I drop in rank, can I re-achieve a rank and earn a bonus during this incentive?

Yes. If you are a Jewel and dropped in rank from your highest achieved rank, you have the unique opportunity to re-achieve a lower rank and earn a re-achievement bonus.

For example: If the Brand Ambassadors highest achieved rank is Emerald but drops to a paid-as-rank of Ruby in March. Then re-achieve Senior Ruby Brand Ambassador or above in April, they will earn $750 Senior Ruby re-achievement bonus for the month of April.

If I rank advanced to a Jewel level for the first time, will I earn a DOUBLE Jewel Bonus with Rise Up, Rank Up?

Yes. For those Brand Ambassadors who Rank Advance for the first time to a Jewel Brand Ambassador rank and increase their Plexus Points by the required amount (Emerald – 100, Sapphire – 200 and Diamond – 300), then that Brand Ambassador will earn a $1000 Incentive cash bonus instead of the normal $500 incentive cash bonus.

Other Rise Up, Rank Up Questions

If I earned a cash bonus in the Rise Up, Rank Up Bonus, when will I receive my cash bonus?

All cash bonuses paid out from the Rise and Rank Up Bonus will be paid out the week following monthly commissions.

If I rank advanced and earned the DOUBLE achievement bonus, will this be paid in full?

For example: if Judy rank advanced to Gold in April, she will receive her 250 USD Gold Brand Ambassador Achievement Bonus in May in monthly commissions with the remainder of her bonus following in the weekly commissions. Then, the following week, Judy will receive an additional 250 USD, her DOUBLE Rise Up, Rank Up Bonus, totaling 500 USD in bonuses.

If I rank advance to Silver or any other rank through Senior Ruby for the first time, will I also receive a cash bonus from the Fast Start Program?

Yes. If a Brand Ambassador rank advances to Silver or any other rank through Senior Ruby for the first time during the RURU Incentive period, they will receive both a Rise Up, Rank Up Incentive bonus and a Fast Start Program Incentive Bonus.

For example: If a Brand Ambassador rank advances to Silver Brand Ambassador rank for the first time in April, they will earn a $100 RURU Incentive bonus, plus their $100 Compensation Plan achievement bonus and a $100 Fast Start Program Incentive Bonus, totaling in $300 Incentive cash bonuses.

Exclusions and Exceptions

The Q2 Rise Up, Rank Up incentive will run from Friday, April 1, 2022, 12:01am ET through Thursday, June 30, 11:59pm ET. No exceptions will be made for previous enrollments outside the incentive dates.

The Rise Up, Rank Up Incentive period is from April 1, 2022 at 12:01 a.m. EST to June 30, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. EST. All bonuses will be paid out with in your weekly commissions in the weekly following monthly commissions payout on a monthly basis.

Any returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this bonus. All credit card payments for VIP and Retails Customers will have to be in their own name and not that of their sponsor. Anyone achieving this bonus that is non-compliant with the Plexus policies and procedures will not receive the bonus. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. If we find your account to be fraudulent, we will charge back your account in the amount of the bonus.

For those who have lost rank, if your paid rank is lower than your achieved rank and you re-achieve your highest paid earned rank during the Incentive period, you can earn a one-time bonus on that level.
