Thursday, March 17th

  • 3:30pm – 5:30pm PST
  • 4:30pm – 6:30pm MST
  • 5:30pm – 7:30pm CST
  • 6:30pm – 8:30pm EST

How do I qualify?

 No qualification needed either register for Super Saturday (in-person or virtually) or be a Ruby Brand Ambassador or above.

How do I attend the Brand for Success event?

You will receive an email with the link to this event with a  passcode to join ( is there a website to the event or is providing the email who they will receive the email from?). 

How can I qualify to attend this event?

No qualification needed. Everyone who attended Super Saturday ( in-person and virtual) and Ruby Brand Ambassadors and above are automatically invited.

How much does it cost to attend this event?

There is no fee to attend this event, you will receive an email with a registration link and passcode to join.

When was the first email alert sent out?

On March 7th, the advertising event: Exclusive invitation: Branding for Success.  

When does the 'Test Your Connection' email go out?

The email to 'Test Your Connection' will be sent out about 3 days prior to the event email. 

If I am unable to attend the event, how can I watch it?

To those who are eligible to attend the event a video of the event will be accessible for two weeks after.

Live Streaming Problems Troubleshooting Tips
No audio/sound
  • Check the sound equipment and audio settings on your computer.
    Make sure to check:
  • The sound icon in the bottom right corner is unmuted( the icon does not have an x over the sound icon).
  • Volume is turned up to an audible level.
  • If you are using headphones ensure they are properly connected.
  • Under system preferences: Click the selected audio output and make it is either on speakers or selected headphones.
Video is buffering/skipping
  • Reduce the quality of the video.
    Make sure to check:
  • Hover mouse over the bottom left of the video's HD logo, select drop down and change the setting default from "auto" to "480p".
Persisting issues with connection
  • Locate your browser settings.
    Make sure to check:
  • Cookies and JavaScript are enabled, and turn off all pop-up blockers.
On a mobile device, unable to hear/ unable to see test video
  • Check that you are using the correct and updated operating system.
    Make sure to check:
  • Safari for iOS 4.0, Android 3.0 (Honeycomb and later) Windows Phone 7.
