What is the Q3 Plexus Success Steps?
On Friday, July 1, 2022, and through Friday, September 30, 2022, Plexus will be launching the Plexus Success Steps to all Brand Ambassadors, giving them the opportunity to earn a cash prize in July, August and September by meeting the qualifications in each “Building Block” within a calendar month.

What do I do if I did not receive a Success Steps Congratulatory Email?
Contact Plexus Customer Service and provide your information so the agent can verify earning status. Should the agent confirm earnings, they will send on your information to the Communications team to ensure a re-send will be sent.
Are Jewel Brand Ambassadors able to link their account with that of their re-entry account and spouse account?
No, in Success Steps, there are no linking of accounts for any Jewel Brand Ambassadors.

How do I earn a shopping package with the Success Steps Incentive?
Step 1: Earn by achieving any one of the three building blocks within a calendar month

What is required for the “Sign up” building block?
Brand Ambassadors must have at least three (3) new personally Sponsored level 1 VIP or Retail Customers who signed up with a qualifying purchase within the qualifying calendar month.
What is a qualifying purchase for new VIP/Retail Customers?
The new VIP/Retail Customer must purchase a welcome pack or a qualified order of 100 USD/123.22 CAD/133.20 AUD. Qualifying order subtotal must meet the qualified threshold or more before tax, shipping, and discounts.
What is required for the “Advance” building block?
Brand Ambassadors must have at least one (1) new personally Sponsored level 1 Silver Brand Ambassador rank advancement within the qualifying calendar month.
What is required for the “Retain” building block?
Brand Ambassadors must have at least six (6) VIP Customers, Retail Customers, or Brand Ambassadors personally Sponsored level 1s within the previous 3 calendar months, but not within the current qualifying calendar month, who have a qualifying subscription or discretionary order of 100 USD/123.22 CAD/133.20 AUD. Qualifying order subtotal must meet the qualified threshold or more before tax, shipping, and discounts.
For example: If Judy signed up in April and placed a qualifying order, then proceeds to place a $100 order or more in July, they would count as 1 in Judy’s Sponsor Retain Building Block.
Another example: Judy signs up in June with a qualifying purchase, then places a $100 order or more in July to qualify her Sponsor for the Retain Building Block.
Will any leads that comes from the Plexus Leads Program count toward any new sign ups in the Q3 Success Steps?
No. Any new leads that come from the Plexus Leads Program will not count toward any new sign-ups for Success Steps during the Incentive Period.
If a Sponsors level 1 does not place an order June, would their level 1 still count as one of their ‘Retain ’´qualification for July?
The Sponsor’s level 1 does not need to have placed an order each consecutive month. They just need to have signed up within the prior 3 calendar months of the qualifying month.
Example: If John’s level 1 signed up in May, proceeded to not place an order in June and then placed a $100 order in July, then John’s level 1 would count as one towards their six retention qualifications to completing block “Retain” in the business building blocks.
For any of those leads that continue to have activity in the later months of the Incentive Period, will they count towards the retaining block portion of the Incentive?
Yes, those leads that retain later in the Incentive period, will count for their Sponsor in Success Steps.
If a new sign-up cancels, places a full refund of their welcome pack purchase or 100 USD qualifying order, will it count against their Sponsor earning points in Success Steps?
Yes. Should any new sign up, that cancels, places a full refund of their welcome pack purchase or 100 USD qualifying order, it will count against their Sponsor earning points in Success Steps.
Under Block A, would a retail customer who upgrades as a VIP Customer within the incentive period with the purchase of a welcome pack, count towards the Sign Up?
Yes, a Retail Customer upgrading to a VIP Customer with a purchase of a Welcome Pack would count as a new sign up, as long as they did not already previously sign up as a Retail Customer in the same current month along with a 100 USD order.
Will I still qualify if a new personally Sponsored VIP Customer or Retail Customer returns their order?
No. If a new VIP Customer or Retail Customer returns their order (including welcome packs) and drops below a qualifying order requirement during the Incentive period, Brand Ambassadors will see a deduction in new sign-up numbers. Any full return of a purchase or any increment of a purchase amount will result in a loss of sign-up qualification toward earning an award.
Will upgrades be eligible as new sign-ups?
Upgrades will only be eligible if the Customer upgrading did not previously have an order containing PV and upgrades with a welcome pack or 100 USD/123.22 CAD/133.20 AUD order during the Incentive period.
Example scenario:
If someone purchases product as a Retail Customer on July 3, 2022, and then upgrades with a welcome pack on September 23, 2022, they will count as a new VIP Customer for the month of September.
Are there any other requirements for the Sponsors level 1 to qualify them for the "Retain" building block? If one of the Sponsors level 1 does not place an order in June, would their Sponsor still count in July?
The Sponsor's level 1 does not need to have placed an order each consecutive month. They just need to have signed up within the prior 3 calendar months of the qualifying month.

No. VIP Customers and Retail Customers must submit 1 qualified order of 100 USD/123.22 CAD/133.20 AUD or more (before tax and shipping and discounts) to qualify the Sponsor for sign-up activity. The VIP Customer or Retail Customer subtotal must meet the qualified single-order threshold or more after tax, shipping, and discounts.
I have a VIP Customer who has a sign-up date prior to July 1, 2022, but they have never placed an order containing PV, can they place an order of 100 USD/123.22 CAD/133.20 AUD or more during the Incentive to count toward the Incentive sign-ups?
Yes. VIP Customers will provide their Sponsored Brand Ambassador a new Level 1 sign-up toward the Incentive when they place a 100 USD/123.22 CAD/133.20 AUD or more order during the Incentive period for the first time. The VIP Customer subtotal must meet the qualified threshold or more after tax, shipping, and discounts.
I have a Retail Customer who has a sign-up date prior to July 1, 2022, but they have never placed an order containing PV, can they place an order of 100 USD/123.22 CAD/133.20 AUD or more during the Incentive period and count as a new level 1 sign-up?
Yes. Retail Customers will provide their Sponsored a Brand Ambassador sign-up toward the Incentive when they place a 100 USD/123.22 CAD/133.20 AUD or more order during the Incentive period for the first time. The Retail Customer subtotal must meet the qualified threshold or more after tax, shipping, and discounts.

You can locate the Incentive dashboard in your Virtual Office. Log into your Virtual Office, click on “My Dashboard”, at the top left-hand corner, and scroll down on the main dashboard. Success Steps will be visible on the left-hand side next to your Plexus Perks section.
How often does the Success Steps Incentive VO Tracker update?
The Success Steps Incentive tracker will update depending on the type of qualification you are earning points for. Please reference examples below:
- New Brand Ambassadors, VIPs, and Retail Customers – The activity status of new Brand Ambassadors, VIP/ Retail Customers activity status will update upon the purchase of a welcome pack or 100 USD/123.22 CAD/133.20 AUD or more. This may take 24-48 hours to reflect on your VO tracker. VIP Customer or Retail Customer subtotal must meet the qualified threshold or more before tax, shipping, and discounts. Compression does not apply.
- New Level 1 Silver Advancement – Silver Advancement will update upon commissions being closed the following month. Compression does not apply.
- Retain Level 1 VIPs – The activity status of the sponsors level 1 will update upon the purchase of qualifying subscription or discretionary order of 100 USD/123.22 CAD/133.20 AUD. Qualifying order subtotal must meet the qualified threshold or more before tax, shipping, and discounts. Compression does not apply.

How will I know if I earned a cash prize in July for the Success Steps Incentive?

When will I be paid out my cash prize, I earned in July for the Success Steps Incentive?
Brand Ambassadors will receive their earned cash prize via their Hyperwallet the week after monthly commissions close in the following month of August.

This Incentive rewards your activity as a Brand Ambassador. No exceptions will be made for previous enrollments or Customer orders outside the promotional dates. Brand Ambassadors within 6 months of conversion date from Brand Ambassador to VIP Customer will not count towards qualifications for this Contest. Must be outside of the 6-month period to qualify. Any Brand Ambassador or VIP Customer Lead (s) received as part of the Plexus Leads Program will not apply towards the Q3 Plexus Success Steps Incentive. Credit for any personal activity after the Leads assignment date will count towards their upline.
Any returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this bonus. All credit card payments for VIP Customers and Brand Ambassadors have to be in their own name and not that of another Brand Ambassador. Anyone achieving this bonus that is non-compliant with the Plexus policies and procedures will not receive the bonus. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. If we find your account to be fraudulent, we will charge back your account in the amount of the award.
