Fast Start Report in Virtual Office

The Fast Start report is in Virtual Office for new Brand Ambassadors and any Brand Ambassador eligible to participate in the Fast Start program. It allows them to track their progress and determine what they need to do to reach their Fast Start achievements.

Visibility of the Fast Start Report

The Fast Start Report is visible to any Brand Ambassadors in any market participating in Fast Start.

  • It becomes visible to any Brand Ambassador who has enrolled in the last five months (rolling), plus 2 months after their last Fast Start achievement date.
  • It disappears on the 1st of the third month after the final target date month.
  • It only shows those who have earned the bonus on any given Brand Ambassador level 1-3.

Example: If a Brand Ambassador achieved or did not achieve Sr. Ruby in the month of August, 2 full months would elapse after September and October; the Tile would be taken down November 1st at 12:00 am EST. 

 

Viewing the Fast Start Tracker:

Step Action
1. Go to plexusworldwide.com
2. Login to My Account.
3. Click Dashboard.
4. Go to the left Panel and Click My Business.
5. In the Drop-down Click Fast Start Report.

This report will allow you to do the following:

  • Download the report as CSV or Excel
  • Show/ hide Search
  • Show/ hide filter
  • Show/ Hide Columns
  • Density
  • Fullscreen

The report will filter the following:

  • Name
  • Paid Level
  • Physical Level
  • Sponsor
  • Join Date
  • Achieved
  • Next Goal
  • Days to Next Goal
  • Date

 

 

Understanding the Fast Start Tracker

This table shows how to interpret each of the features of the Fast Start Tracker Tile in Virtual Office:

Tile Feature: Meaning:
Rank Drop-Down Menu

The rank drop-down menu shows details for currently possible achievements. A rank will NOT show in this menu if it was already achieved or the Brand Ambassador did not achieve it by the deadline (however, a summary of all ranks and achievements is still visible on the back of the tile).

The possible Fast Start achievements are:

  • Fast Start 30
  • Senior Silver
  • Gold
  • Senior Gold
  • Ruby
  • Senior Ruby
Target Date

The date the Brand Ambassador must achieve the items shown to earn that Fast Start rank achievement. The Target Date will change depending on the rank you are viewing.
Rank Column

This column lists all possible Fast Start achievements, whether they have been achieved or not.
Status Column

This column indicates level of achievement for each rank as follows:

  • Green checkmark: the rank was achieved,
  • Red X: the rank was not achieved,
  • No icon: There is still time to achieve that rank. 

The timeframe for the column to update is as follows:

  • The Fast Start 30 achievement populates approximately 1 day after the date of achievement, and
  • All other ranks populate after the monthly commissions are accepted.
Month Column

In this column, if the Brand Ambassador:

  • Achieved the rank, the last day of the month that populates is the month they achieved the rank,
  • Did not achieve the rank, the last day of the month that populates is the month they should have achieved the rank, or
  • Has not achieved the rank but still has time, the last day of the month that populates is the month they need to achieve it.
Organization and Leg Points Bar Graphs

Each Fast Start achievement has a required number of Organization Points and Outside Leg Points the Sponsor must earn to achieve that rank. The bar graph points will:

  • Change depending on the rank you are viewing,
  • Fill in with grey, yellow, or red when the qualified points are earned, and
  • Refresh at the beginning of the new month.

Note: No bar graph appears for Fast Start 30-day because no points are needed to earn this achievement; the only requirement is three new qualified Brand Ambassador enrollments.
Qualified Brand Ambassadors Circle Symbols

The circles correspond to the number of Brand Ambassadors the Sponsor must have commissions-qualified on or before the target date to achieve that rank. The circles will:

  • Change the number of circles that appear depending on the rank you are viewing,
  • Fill in with grey, yellow, or red when the Brand Ambassador becomes commissions qualified during that month, and
  • Refresh at the beginning of the new month.
