If you achieved Icon status in 2026, you are eligible to receive two complimentary registrations for the 2027 Plexus Convention.

Please watch for an email from Plexus Communications containing your unique discount code. This code may be redeemed twice, providing two free Convention registrations.*

* Please note: If you have already registered for Convention, registrations are non-refundable. In this case, you may share your discount code with two individuals so they can register at no cost.

How to Modify your Registration

Follow the steps below to modify your registration.

Step	Action
1.	Log in to the registration site: https://plexus.getregistered.net/attendees/plexusconvention-2027/sign_in.
2.	Log in to your Get Registered account using your email and password.
3.	Once logged in, go to the Convention event on your dashboard and make the modifications, then confirm your changes by clicking “Update Registration” at the bottom of the page.

Cancellation Refund Policy

Your Registration is eligible for a 50% refund if canceled by the deadline of May 12, 2027. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 7–10 business days to process.

Cancellations made after May 12, 2027, are not eligible for a refund, no exceptions.
There will be no refunds for bundle tickets purchased.
Ticket transfers are not permitted for any of our events.
Canceling your event registration does not automatically cancel your travel plans. You are responsible for managing and canceling your own airfare and hotel accommodation.

Canceling your Registration

Follow the steps below to cancel your registration.

1.	Log in to your registration by clicking on Already Registered? at the top right corner of the website: https://plexus.getregistered.net/attendees/plexusconvention-2027/sign_in.
2.	Enter the email and password you registered with. If you can’t remember your password, click on “Forgot Password?” You will receive an email; follow the steps to create a new password.
3.	Once logged in, hover over your name in the top right corner, and a drop-down menu will appear. Select View Registration.
4.	Select Cancel Registration on the menu to the left.
5.	Review the cancellation policy and process your refund (if applicable).
6.	Once the refund is processed, you will receive confirmation of the cancellation. It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to process.

Brief afternoon thunderstorms are common, so a small umbrella can be helpful. Comfortable clothing, breathable fabrics, and comfortable walking shoes are recommended. If you're moving between hotels, restaurants, and the Georgia World Congress Center, expect temperatures in the upper 80s during the afternoon. For attendees traveling to Atlanta in June, a good rule of thumb is to dress for summer heat outdoors and bring a light layer for air-conditioned meeting spaces.
What should I wear to Convention?	We recommend casual business attire for the conference. Conference ballrooms tend to be chilly, so please bring a blazer or a sweater. More details on any special event attire will be made available closer to the event date.

Can children attend Convention?	To ensure an enjoyable experience for all attendees, we kindly ask parents and guardians to utilize the Family Watch Room if children become disruptive during General Sessions. The Family Watch Room will feature a live stream of all General Session content, allowing you to stay engaged while attending to your child's needs. Please note that all individuals attending Convention events must be registered. Registration fees apply to all attendees; however, children aged 5 and under may attend at no charge.

I’m no longer attending Convention may I transfer my ticket to someone?	There will be no transfer of tickets allowed for this event. If you can't attend, please refer to the cancellation policy.
If I register for Convention, but then do not attend, can my registration bag be mailed to me?	No, we are not able to mail any registration bags or other Convention items.
Do I need to be registered for the Convention to collect my Convention Contest prizes?	Yes, please ensure that you register using your Plexus email address and that your Ambassador ID is entered correctly, as this information will be used to track your eligibility for Convention Contest prizes.
