Opt In and Out of Email or Text Message Communications

Email and Text Message (SMS) communications from Plexus go out to Brand Ambassadors and Customers with the latest information on incentives and promotions, product and tool launches, business building tips, and other important announcements. You may opt in or our of these notifications at anytime.

 

How to Opt Into Emails/SMS

To opt into emails and SMS in your Plexus account, please follow the steps in the tables below.

Steps Action
1. Login to your account through plexusworldwide.com.
2. Click My Account (hover on the circle icon with your initials in the upper right section).
3. Click Notifications. 
4. Click the Switch next to which notifications you would like.

Then, to ensure you are opted back into emails, call Customer Service to be opted in to email or SMS communications.

Note: You can expect up to a 72-hour delay before receiving your first email communication from Plexus.

To opt into SMS with your phone, please follow the steps in the table below.

Step Action
1. Draft an SMS message to 753987 (PLEXUS).
2. Text HELP.
3. Send the message. 
4. You will receive the following message: "Plexus Worldwide: We're here to help! Please visit http://ltrk.co/9BC03se or call us at 480-998-3490. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

 

 

How to Opt out of Emails/SMS

At any time, you can opt out of receiving emails by clicking “Opt out” at the bottom of Plexus emails, which will turn off email notifications about special promotions, product launches, the weekly Scoop, etc. 

To opt out of emails and SMS in your Plexus account, please follow the steps in the tables below.

1. Sign into your account through plexusworldwide.com.
2. Click My Account (hover on the circle icon with your initials in the upper right section).
3. Click Notifications. 
4. Click the Switch next to which notifications you would like to opt out of.

To opt out of SMS messages with your phone, please follow the steps in the table below.

Step Action
1. Draft an SMS message to 753987 (PLEXUS).
2. Text STOP.
3. Send the message. 
4. You will receive the following message: "We're sorry to see you go. You're unsubscribed from all Plexus Worldwide mobile communication and will no longer receive messages to the # you opted in with."

 

 

Reasons You May Not Be Receiving Emails

You may not be receiving emails for the two reasons below.

  • Error Status – When an email is sent to an inbox and bounces multiple times, it will automatically be set to error status in our system. Emails can bounce for various reasons, such as misspellings in your email address, or your email service may read our emails as spam.
  • Junk/Spam – It is possible that Plexus emails are going into your spam/junk folder. Always check your spam/junk folder, and be sure to add Plexus to your email contact list.
