As a Plexus VIP or Brand Ambassador you can purchase US products for personal consumption only. These products are Not For Resale (NFR) product. VIPs and Brand Ambassadors are not permitted to advertise NFR Products in Australia.
What is NFR Australia Ordering Process?
Not-for-resale (NFR) products are purchased for personal consumption or a person you are responsible for. You can order up to a 3-month supply of products. The products are subject to shipping, taxes and duties associated with the appropriate customs declaration.
Ordering NFR for personal consumption

| 2. | Hover over your Name/Initials, and Select My Account. |
| 3. | Under My Profile Information, scroll down to “SHOW US PRODUCTS FOR PERSONAL USE”. |
| 4. | A “Before you go” box pops up. Message – You have chosen to shop U.S. products for personal consumption. In order to proceed, you must click Continue. |
| 5. | Read and agree to terms and conditions (see below for details) Place a check in the question box and click Continue. |
| 6. | Select your product. Add to cart and check out. |

Personal Use of Important Terms and Conditions. In order to continue, you must agree to the terms and conditions below.
I agree and understand that:
- I may not order from the Company more than a three-month supply of any products
- The products are for my personal use or the use of a person whom I am responsible for
- I cannot resell the company’s products
- I must properly declare and value the product at the appropriate customs checkpoint
- I am responsible for the shipping costs and all taxes and duties associated with the appropriate customs declarations
- I may not advertise or facilitate the sale of any product, and
- Violations of these terms and conditions will result in the suspension or termination of my Plexus account
- Products imported for personal use are promotional products and are not subject to the 1-year Buyback obligations
