Refund Policy
Eligible items for return/exchange/refund:
- Items must be in original condition.
- Items that have not been washed or worn.
Items are not eligible for return/exchange/refund:
- Items purchased and delivered more than 30 days prior.
- Items that have been washed or worn.
- Custom / personalized items, such as business cards and brochures.
- All items are subject to inspection approval upon return to the Plexus Merch Store.

How to make a return
