How do I request a Correction of Sponsor?
It is occasionally necessary for Plexus Account Holders (Customers and Brand Ambassadors) to make corrections to their Sponsor for certain approved reasons. The Sponsor Correction process is in place for those account holders who may have experienced an error during the enrollment process.
Notice: Plexus has a responsibility to maintain the integrity of established downline organizations. As such, if you are a Brand Ambassador, a Sponsor Correction may not be feasible and generally will not be allowed. Requests will be carefully reviewed, and Plexus reserves complete discretion to allow or disallow any proposed correction. A correction will be considered if an error occurred during the enrollment process and you were placed under the wrong sponsor. |
For Retail Customers to Request a Correction:
To request a correction of Sponsor, fill out the Sponsor Correction Request form with the name of the Brand Ambassador/Sponsor you are requesting. (The information provided on the form must match the information listed on the account requesting a sponsor correction.)
- Please keep in mind that updating your Sponsor will only count for orders placed within 30 days of the date the Sponsor Correction has been completed.
For Brand Ambassadors/VIP Customers to Request a Correction:
Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers are required to send an email (using the email address on file), using the following format, to sponsor@plexusworldwide.com. Requests must use this template be reviewed and processed.

How long does this request take to process?
Typically, these requests are processed within 1 business day.
Keep in mind:
- Sponsor Correction Request are subject to approval at the discretion of Plexus.
- Sponsor Correction may effect orders placed within 30 days prior of the date the Sponsor Correction was completed.
- Performing a sponsor correction can carry repercussions to your 'original' sponsor. Including but not limited to : deduction of bonuses, loss of points/credits during an incentive/promotion, impact to rank, etc..
