The period required for Brand Ambassadors who voluntarily terminate or downgrade their position to a VIP Customer sit-out before joining another team was previously six months, but we are now extending it to one year.
Details about the policy change
Extension of Transition Period: Brand Ambassadors who voluntarily terminate or downgrade their position to VIP Customer status must wait for (1) one year instead of six months before joining another team.
Activity Requirement: If a Brand Ambassador engages in any activity on their account (such as sponsoring someone) and later downgrades to a VIP Customer, the one year provision still applies. Within this one year period, the voluntarily terminated Brand Ambassador is prohibited from participating in any Brand Ambassador Business or holding any Beneficial Interest in any Brand Ambassadorship.
Reapplying Under a New Sponsor: An individual may reapply for a new Brand Ambassadorship under a new sponsor no earlier than one year from the date the Company receives written notice of the termination or downgrade to VIP Customer.
